The Basic Attention Token (BAT) is one of the most promising new cryptocurrencies of 2019. Back at the beginning of the year, BAT increased its price several times in a very short time. BAT is currently trading at around $0.36 and despite some recent decline in BAT’s value, the year-to-date price chart is definitely impressive.
The BAT cryptocurrency is a project introduced by the creator of the JavaScript programming language and co-founder of Mozilla and Firefox. The project is based on a transparent and decentralized open source protocol that transforms digital advertising using blockchain technology.
Bitcoin Satoshi Vision (BSV)
Bitcoin Satoshi Vision (BSV) is a new cryptocurrency that appeared as a result of a Bitcoin Cash hard fork into two competing chains. The creators of Bitcoin Satoshi Vision, otherwise known as Bitcoin SV, claim that they are the supporters of Satoshi Nakamoto’s original vision of a Bitcoin peer-to-peer network.
The attitude towards Bitcoin SV is somewhat controversial, because one of its ideologists, Craig Wright, claimed that he was Satoshi Nakamoto himself. However, these claims were not supported by sufficient evidence, and a number of representatives of the cryptographic community have refuted these claims for years.
The future of BSV will be decided in 2019 when the project establishes new partnerships in the market and real use cases.
New cryptocurrency from Justin Sun: Bitterant (BTT)
